Yes, many people fail to appreciate that a chihuahua is actually a demonic rodent rather than a dog. They originated from Mexico when people wanted a dog that would hunt rats. However, upon testing a terrier’s ratting skills, it chased one into a dark crevice, only for this eldritch creature chihuahua to emerge wearing a dog-like disguise. This kept on happening all over Mexico until we had enough for a whole breed of them.
