When the inside of the car is colder than the outside, the glass gets cooled and the condensation forms on the warm, outer side of the glass as water condenses out of the warm air from its gaseous form into its liquid form through a cooling process.

You’re right I misread, sorry about that.
But if it gets misty on the outside, you can use the windscreen wipers.

Practically, and you’re just going to have to trust my personal experience on this - then you get the dry windshield wipers scraping across a windshield in 102° heat.
