Admittedly only dumped ~20 hours into one game, so may not have the most holistic view on the game.
But feels like there’s a ton of quests that are “go hunt this monster”, find out the monster’s motivations, realize it was the humans/“civilized folk” who dealt the first blow / profaned nature / failed to perform some ritual, Geralt grits teeth and sides with civilization against obviously wronged nature/monster.
So yeah, I didn’t see any “its actually domestic abuse” quests, but the games are crawling with “humans have hubris/pride that is their own downfall” commentary.

I wasn’t talking about the third game in the series but the books the games are based on.

Can’t speak to those myself, but also the show had some similar themes so would assume that’s an underlying motif to the whole series.
I’m def not the best guy to be answering your question, but from what I’ve seen, it has been a pretty prevalent notion of the franchise.
