Comment on I want to make a seafood boil but don't want to boil all the flavour away in a vat of water, would it turn out alright if I simmered it all in a bit of butter and old bay, spoon basting often.
What are some ways you use your stock?
As a substitute for water. I’m not very creative with food so seafood stock would be used in seafood gumbo and chicken stock in jambalaya, rice and gravy or chicken and sausage gumbo.
