Also I just want to say after pondering the video for a little bit. How the fuck can you look at everything that has ever involved the human race and come to the conclusion that naturally we are lazy? Naturally we need no purpose, we just do. Pressure did not produce the first cave drawing, the Renaissance was not crafted by the threat of violence, we do not shitpost because we are forced to. We’re experience engines and the tank only empties when we are deprived of that.

Because they haven’t studied history or people. They have studied their own success, gone to the conclusion that they made that success through hard work and deserve it (which doesn’t have to be wrong! Just also not the whole truth).
Humans create agency when given the chance. Agency creates outcomes.
