boonhet@sopuli.xyz 1 day agoIt doesn’t make sense at Google’s scale to review each case individually, easier to just ban everything and review those that appeal.
The DMCA is pretty unreasonable for centralized services.

It makes sense for Google to comply with the law. It would be good for Google to act in good faith, instead of facilitating frivolous spam complaints and preventing their legal resolution through subversive threats to the victim businesses on their platforms.
