I read their announcement a few days back, where they emphasized their ability to bring services, when taken down, back up pretty quickly. I am not involved in that space, and i am pretty sure that it will be a lot harder to restore services under these circumstances, but are you sure they won’t come back up? They seemed very motivated to brace this storm, even if only to create a testament regarding overcompliance of business entities.

No, they’ll be able to restore without issue. There’s plenty of server hosts that don’t care about this sillyness.
They said what’s different now is funding. It’s just harder for them to pay for things and accept donations. But we have solutions for that (monero), it just minimizes the funds they’ll get and which providers accept it.
