Honestly could this just be explained by how people over 50 tend to suck with phones and computers and how vital that is to most jobs now? Cause like all I can think is I wouldn’t want to hire people 50+ either.

Not saying all 50+ people but there are more people like this over 50 then under. Alot more entitlement too and less educated.
