Atkinson Hyperlegible Mono has a zero with a reverse/Burroughs slash so it doesn’t look like a capital “o” or a Nordic letter, the “8” and capital “b” is very different, etc…

While its proportional sans-serif version Atkinson Hyperlegible Next, has a lowercase “L” that is clearly different from a capital “i”, it’s numbers are unfortunately proportional instead of being tabular.
