So I tried to help my mother in law cancel a subscription to NFL.com becsuse she didn’r know her account info. Tried the help number, was a verbak char bot that went in circles and insisted no person was available. I tried buttons, insisting I couldn’t log in to cancel, and when I got sick of it and cursed it ended the call. Tried the text chat on the site listed as support which also insisted we had to log in to cancel.

Ended up having to contact the credit card to cancel the automatic payments.
