Comment on Are inmates apart of the jobs report that comes out? Like the ones who fight wildfires, or clean up roads or on a work release program? What about the unemployment numbers?

Speaking of the ones that fight wildfires, calfire could use and train prisoners for wildlands fire fighting, but as soon as they were released, calfire rules would not allow them to be hired due to their criminal background.

They finally changed it in the last 5 years or so.
