  Speaking of KPI’s, the other day I received a package from Amazon that had to be returned and I suspect it’s KPI related.

  My assumption is that their warehouse staff KPI’s deincentivise putting on bandaids because the thing I bought had blood sprayed on it.

  Got a refund, replacement & $50 credit.

  Didn’t you go through this nonsense not too long ago?! Fuckin’ bean counters. I don’t understand putting staff under such pressure only to turn a blind eye to all of the issues it creates.
