Mine was the same way. trying to be there by 9AM meant that my hour commute, I should leave by 8. nope! and then 7:45? nope! how about 7:30? nope! even MORE traffic! I had to leave at 7, and if I was lucky, I’d sail right past the spot that usually had a massive traffic jam, and then I’d get into the office almost 45 minutes early 🙃 . But leaving at 7:15 would either get me there just on time, or 30 minutes late. It was nightmarish. Thank god I’m remote. (well actually thank me and my trauma therapist for filing out the proper AMA paperwork making me remote)
