I thought it might be making fun of the shape of a prefecture or lake or something, but this guy’s Twitter feed is mostly cartoons of people with giant square bodies and tiny heads, and this kind of fits with that theme on its face.

Yes it is. Thought it might have been making fun of a prefecture or lake whose shape resembles a bread clip. But it’s likely just a drawing of a giant bread clip for its own sake.
