Rocket League only escapes the toxicity if you can manage to not be stuck in the Platinum level.

Its still somewhat toxic at champ and up, even in casual. Usually by that rank everyone knows how to mute someone though, so its extremely easy to shut idiots up without having to turn chat off entirely.
