There are 6 points she’s using. The first one at least it sounds like the judges were almost rolling their eyes.

another point is that the prosecution presented evidence and she had to refute it 🙄

Right! I understand the idea of innocent until proven guilty, but it seems reasonable she would have to explain why she had that information about something she had lied to police about. Seems wild. I’m really hoping it all just gets tossed out.

it seems she’s arguing they used evidence to prove her guilt!
