The OP even said the restaurant has their own website where they list their hours. I’m fine with leaving it at that, personally.

You’re not wrong, the map isn’t really the right place for that. Yet the map should provide a way to get from the physical location to more information about the place (physical building and logical business entity)
What’s the open equivalent of Yelp?
