No, he means he will run. He will ignore the law and he will run and he will cheat and he will win and he will kill anyone who disagrees. He is rounding up people off the street and he is pushing big tech to create the greatest panopticon the world has ever seen and he is invading other countries and claiming our destiny is to rule the world. They built concentration camps.

Honestly, I think the safest bet is to ignore anything he says, and notice what he does.
He’s building a bunker under the Whitehouse and the Pentagon is drafting a new approach which places a greater focus on shorter-range tactical nuclear weapons, which they claim will give Trump a wider range of military options.
Oops. Never mind. Probably best to pay attention to what he says if you don’t want to die of stress.
