Tell that to my gut. You get onions in there, mushrooms, etc I’ll be absolutely crippled with cramps, gas, and worse.
I’m glad people love onions. I don’t even mind the taste. But you know what I like more? NOT being stuck in agony on the toilet for hours.

I know people with SIBO, heard all kinds of stories, hopefully yours turns out for the better.
When I heard they can’t have onions or garlic in the first phase, which is insane!
