I love it when a a news site cites a random Reddit post as their source. I will counter by citing a well-sourced and argued YouTube video: The Dobby Grave Story is Probably True, Actually. tl;dw - the argument stating that it didn’t happen doesn’t actually contradict the story as told by the person involved with the project, and the headlines reporting on out (harry potter fans moved a half a billion pound green energy project) were hyperbolic because the claim was that they changed the location where the cable came up out of the ground, not that they moved the entire project.
