I got heavily downvoted on my post on c/unpopularopinion about Lemmy’s absolute disdain of AI and not acknowledging its potential so it really is unpopular.

OpenAi spends 6 billion on marketing. Half of its revenue.
I have never seen a traditional OpenAi add. But I do see a lot of pseudo viral and bot marketing of it.

I don’t think I’ve seen pseudo viral and bot marketing, not that I’m aware of.
