I dont think he feels anything much except greed and anger when someone else wins. :)

Yeah at least from a exterior point of view it doesn’t look like he did much for the US but the also didn’t screw it over in the way Trump is so I guess he’s fine. The west hasn’t really had a competent president in a while now that’s partially because they just have terrible candidates and partially because the political system in the US is not really geared towards change.
