• Hearts of Iron 4. RTS set during WW2, covering the whole planet.
• Dies Irae - Visual novel where magical Nazis from the past show up to ruin things in 2008 Japan.

As for games that are close to shooting Nazis:

• Does the Sunrider series count? You fight the Space Soviet Union in that one, so I don’t know.
• Possibly Starcom: Nexus. There are some human supremacist bad guys who show up that want to kill everyone that isn’t human.
• Scarlet Nexus has two factions of fascist bad guys who want to kill each other. You get to fight both.
• Reverse Collapse Code Name Bakery has you mainly fight fascists led by a crazy man.
