We have more than 20 in Poland. 26 at least. I think You can use up to 28. Plus , obviously sick days, which don’t have a limit and more than 10 holidays every year. And You can score an additional 2 every 2 months if You’re a blood donor. I’ve had a week of every 2 months this year and I’m not even through a third of my paid leave.
