I mean you can always take unpaid vacations, at least with most employers. Like I get wanting more vacation time, but your employer also wants to remain profitable and the more vacation you take, the less you bring in. I’d love it if it was 8 weeks myself, but I don’t want to take the paycut that would make it possible.
