With that beautiful writing style? This prose would be lost on film.
Honestly, I thought this was an excerpt from some modern classic usamerican novel. I was fully expecting to find this comment section full of references and people talking about the book.

I can see a narration style like this working for a comedy film. Or maybe just a 5 minute skit. Maybe throw in some Wes Anderson visual gags
