I don’t understand. you are born in a world of magic with the potential for magic vs having all your current knowledge? you are born in a world without magic but all your current knowledge vs born into a world with magic with no memories of your current life but potential for magic?

You keep your current knowledge either way.

The question is, do you want to live in a new fantasy world or relive this world, but starting over from when you were born?

I would also say that other than the spiritual act of reincarnation and afterlife things that there would be no manifestible magical powers in this world, the closest that it would come to would be having your status window.

  oh fantasy world 100%. Especially given what has happened with this world since I was born. Since I still have my memories it would be neat to experience magic.
