Of a user base on average 90% will lurk/vote only, 9% will comment, and 1% will post.

Oh come on, the ratio can’t be that extreme. The Pareto principle only say- hang on… Looks up how many posts in this community are from remington@beehaw.org I’d like to retract my previous comment and agree wholeheartedly.
