ChickenLadyLovesLife@lemmy.world 4 weeks agoThat grey laminate flooring pisses me off like nothing else in cheap home remodeling. It’s embossed with wood grain but what fucking real wood is grey like that? It’s the 2020s equivalent of 1970s faux wood paneling.

Pretty much all untreated wood turns grey when exposed to prolonged sunlight?
That being said, I don’t like that look in flooring. On a weathered fence or log cabin it’s fine.

I’m very certain, that ChickenLady and Bubba know what real greyish wood looks like. You also know, it’s not like this.
