Well UN "peacekeepers" wear blue, iirc, so I thought maybe you were speaking about that. I was just commenting on the White Helmets from Syria, who recently showed up in Venezuela. Neither group are loved where they go, but their masters love them, as long as they support the masters' agendas. Noticing the difference between mission and ostensible mission.
