I would like a bit of colour. But fuck wallpaper. Most of our carpets are blue, not in the bathroom or kitchen though. Could do with getting some rugs but nice ones are hardly cheap.

dovah@lemmy.world 2 weeks agoEvery generation has a reaction to the previous. Many millennials grew up in cluttered homes with orange kitchen tiles and purple carpets in the bathroom. The counter reaction to that is minimalism and grey. Now we’re seeing a new trend that leans toward cozy and color again.
