How is that weird? If one of the weapons you have requires blowing into it you make it work with your helmet on.
It’s just so fucking dumb to think that doesn’t make sense. It’s like calling out a chef for having a knife to cut things with.

Are you saying that this is a specially designed flute players helmet?
If playing a flute were just about blowing air then I’d be agreeing with you. But a flute needs lips. Is the player forcing some super extending lips through a hole in the helmet?
