Comment on If your in jail and you have a heart condition, and they taser you and you die are they responsible? Even if they know you have a heart condition?

If I am being tasered for no good reason, responsibility falls on the taserer.

The cops will investigate themselves and declare that they did nothing wrong. If they died due to their heart condition then they should have thought about that before being around cops.
