It is not supposed to be painful. If it is, then talk to a health professional.

Do not force yourself to have sex if it is painful! That might give you an aversion to it

If you are not old enough to do that without parents, then see if there is a school nurse, or other services for young people.

FYI: I am a man, but I know that women are supposed to enjoy sex.
