I’ve got a pot of leek & potato soup bubbling on the stove. The fruit & veg are sorted, put away and the boxes have been cut down for the recycling bin. I’ve even managed to do some washing and walk Mr Woof.

There is a mystery melon and a pineapple in the box, so I plan to make some fruit salad this afternoon. Dinner is fajitas, which will use up the slightly squashed capsicum that won’t last long.

I’m feeling rather efficient this week.
