Rai@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 week agoAlas, PSP plays SNES games pretty poorly, need a lot of frameskip. GB/NES games work great. Not so much GBA. Even the Vita struggles with GBA, to my dismay!

I never had issues with SNES game performance. I bet some emulators did better than others, or maybe some games used features that didn’t emulate efficiently like mode 7 graphics or star fox with its 3d chip.
