  This would be one barrier. Hopefully the government could justify the cost differences in light of the climate crisis. With the conflict in Iran, the cost of oil is rising anyway.

    Definitely not likely under the doesn’t drill baby drill administration, but energy wise it would be that smarter play for energy security
