The buyers paid the extra tax to Nintendo to cover Nintendo’s extra cost. Then Nintendo gets a rebate on the tax. So they just got that extra tax money for no fucking reason.

Holy fuck, you just can’t differentiate reality and the way you imagine things should be.
People are out in charge. The rules are made. You don’t get to sue people for following the rules. Get better leaders and change the fucking rules if you don’t like it. Don’t just stand here mouthing off and defending lawyers scrounging up a payday on a lost cause. Change the rules and the people in charge.
