Comment on Why is it a bad thing for a host of SNL to bring in their own or other writers to help write jokes and stuff? Wouldn't it take some of the pressure off the SNL writers? If they all agree on things?

It kind of depends on how it is received. Taylor Swift wrote her own monologue song and it went over very well with SNL writers per an interview with Seth Meyers.
