Comment on Disregarding current event, why was it always said if you eat Taco Bell your going to have the burning shits or something? I've eaten it for years and nothing even happened.

  Are you from the US? Nothing from the best sellers menu is meant to be shared.

  Whenever I go to Taco Bell, I usually eat a few different items from the menu. Just 1 soft taco is tiny. I might do a grilled cheese burrito (7g) and 2 doritos locos tacos (2 x 3g), total 13g. Or a mexican pizza (8g) and a chalupa (4g), total 12g. Or if I want to pretend to be healthy, I’ll get a cantina chicken bowl (10g).

  Are both of these options terrible for me? Yes. Should I feel bad for eating portions that other countries consider are for two people? Probably! Am I waiting in a drive thru line right now? Absolutely!!
