Comment on Disregarding current event, why was it always said if you eat Taco Bell your going to have the burning shits or something? I've eaten it for years and nothing even happened.

Because joking about Mexican food causing the shits is a common practice, and so is trying to get cheap laughs in online forums.

    Right. I think the “Mexican Food gives you the shits” probably started from people originally saying they got sick (drinking the water) in Mexico, and it stayed the rumor that Mexican food made in the US does the same.
