  Why not? People mod New Vegas all the time. I last played it with the randomizer mod and I loved the chaos it brings.

    I’m making the assumption that the new Obsidian Fallout will be on Unreal like Obsidians modern games.

      You can still mod unreal games? Although I’ve had varying success with that. Most recently with Dishonored because you need a separate program to properly mod the games.

        With extreme amounts of effort you can do small things.

        Modding gamebryo/creation is as easy as loading xedit and playing around.
