Comment on Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas remasters are officially in the works
Coelacanth@feddit.nu 1 week agoIt’s a shame to me because it divides the modding scene, and plenty old but stable mods will never be updated to work with the remaster. But it is what it is. I guess it will be nice for console players as F:NV is practically unplayably broken without mods.

Yeah that’s the downside. But also, it’s been almost 20 years since the original. Technology has changed a ton. It does suck that a lot of the old mods won’t be updated, but it brings in opportunity for new mods.
