No worries! I did blow out a microphone this way, plugged it in an out- instead of an input and only realised my mistake when I heard faint music through the microphone

Not much actually, normal line out levels. Definitely cooked the mic though! The sound was like if you dropped earbuds at half volume, you heard just enough to know something is there
