It varies for me based on stress and energy. When I’m in a low mood it’s maybe once a day, if I’m feeling more turned on and energetic then probably two or three times in a day? Your frequency doesn’t sound odd to me, but there can be a lot of variance person to person. If it’s not interfering with your life and you aren’t rubbing it raw go for it as much as you feel like, there’s nothing wrong with it.
