erev@lemmy.world 5 hours agoidk what gun channels you watch but every guntuber ive seen at a minimum has in ear pro, as well as usually over the ear protection as well. They take it off when doing their explanations and talking but by that point the firearm is cleared and set down on a table, not actively being fired.
To be clear, I mean the less reputable larpers- one ones I called “idiots”. Mostly the manosphere types that periodically show off guns.
I agree, most of the people I’ve seen that are more a part of the firearm community proper conduct themselves properly around firearms.
