Sort of a nonsense question. What would we do with our microwave ovens if nobody had figured out how to harness electricity? Why would there be websites if there were no browsers? Somebody somewhere would build a thing to make it easier to view the information they want from a remote system, one thing leads to another and now you have a browser. It’s like carcinization.
