Is eurooffice actually available for regular users somewhere? Not self hosting but like in managed nextcloud or similar?

No, I don’t think so. But it’s based on only office which does have a desktop offline client version without the need for hosting a backend server. Havent researched enough to say for sure. Just read through a few news articles and the GitHub page (the cognitive dissonance with this project - great idea, yet host om MS service and uses MS docx formats…).
