So filming kids automatically means paedo stuff to you? I wasn’t referring to that at all, I was talking about children’s right to anonymity, and how you’re trampling all over that by walking around with those dumb-ass glasses in the streets, past playgrounds, parks, schools etc and streaming it for everyone to see. I would not want someone like you near my kids, because I don’t want him to be filmed by a stranger. If you try for a second to not be obnoxious, good things might happen.

  An amazing amount of hateful people who pop out from under their rocks when this sort of stuff is discussed. Go ahead and carry the fighting banner for your techno overlords. They won’t thank you when the war has ended. And if creeps want to film my kids in public and post it online, I have a right to protect them, so you can go ahead and keep quiet on that matter.

And, I repeat, THESE GLASSES CAN NOT FUCKING RECORD.

There's an Artosyn AR9311 SoC inside them, running a barebones Linux firmware. This SoC also has an NPU, running a somewhat basic hand and finger pose recognition model. The two camera feeds are fed into the model, and ANY DEVICE connected to the glasses only gets the processed hand metadata.

Oh, and the only obnoxious person here is you, presuming that I have any interest in your kids, or kids in general, for any recording purposes. Hint: I don't.
