The question kinda assumes I’ve already decided that I need a job / money and need to pocket between an easier or more profitable position.

This is how I’d make that comparison

Then the outcome gets plugged into the larger decision framework of how much I want/need and which of the two best suits me

I don’t think there’s a universal answer to whether easier or profitable is better
